Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Identify, close and onboard major FMCG distributors within allocated verticals.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with distributors and foster new partnerships to continue to grow the business within assigned region of responsibility.
- Responds and resolves distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify and nurture FMCG value chain clusters through existing relationships.
- Diverse experience and knowledge of sub sectors in the FMCG space and FMCG distribution chain.
- Monitor and oversee onboarding of distributors and wholesaler post closure. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop strategy to motivate and drive regular order traffic via the Redcloud Marketplace platform. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Negotiate profitable business deals with distributors and merchants.
- Report clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you should have:
- Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions and B2B marketplaces
- Ability to comprehend RedCloud technology product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects.
- Utilise product and market awareness to maximise opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Deep digital understanding
