Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):



  • Provide clients with product advice.

  • Devise innovative growth strategies.

  • Competitor and customer insights analysis.

  • Keeping projects on budget and deadlines.

  • Lead team to complete tasks and meet goals.

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.

  • Maintaining the mission and values of the company.

  • Evaluation of each team member’s strengths and abilities.

  • Provide accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to leadership.

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

  • Establish performance specifications and marketing campaign budget.

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision,

  • and value proposition for short as well as long term.

  • Assisting with brand development and new product launches as well as developing

  • new business opportunities.

  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.

  • Following up on budget management for advertising and promotional items to

  • ensure compliance with project strategy.

  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.

  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess KPIs.

  • If need be, must get further into the nitty-gritty with the team and contribute to certain aspects of any project.


Requirements



  • HND or B.Sc in any related discipline preferably Marketing, Business, and Finance.

  • Minimum of 5 years of business development and project management experience.

  • Ability to coach talents so they can develop their skills and improve their performance.

  • An understanding of market research.

  • In-depth understanding of business’s strategy and ability to communicate it to their teams.
