We are currently recruiting for a qualified applicant to fill the role of a General manager for our client a real estate and Agro-foods start-up firm.


* Minimum Qualification: BSC/HND/MSC


* Experience Level: High


* Experience Length: 4 Years


We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our clients company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.


The ideal candidate will be well versed in all matters as regards to agriculture and real estate business.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity according to the agriculture and real estate goal of the company.

  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a business manager in agriculture and real estate.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development in agriculture and real estate.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques for agriculture and real estate.

  • BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field

  • A background in agriculture and real estate will be a plus.
