Responsibilities
Work as an adviser on legal matters.
Liaise with statutory regulators and advisers.
Draw agreement for contractors and consultancy and any other agreements required by the company.
Handle correspondence and notices.
Register trademarks and keep tab in renewals of all trademarks.
Proffer advice and represent the company on all legal matters.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action required by such changes.
Qualifications: LLB, Call to Bar certificate is mandatory (LLM is an added advantage). Two years of experience in company and contract law/litigation is required.
