Job Requirements
- B.sc in accounting is required
- Minimum of 5yrs experience and strong Knowledge in IFRS and SAP
- Accounting professional membership such as ACA, ACCA
- Accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliation
- Working experience across financial management, reporting and analysis, Budgeting and planning, and Strategic Business Review with the application of IFRS
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other service providers
- Fixed assets management
About the Job
Report directly to the Finance/Accounts Manager
- Trend analysis of key financial indicators such as Operating Expenditure, Capital Expenditure, Sales Revenue, and Profitability for adequate and efficient decision making.
- Ensure monthly and timely reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts allocated to the Financial Reporting Unit
- Prepare Financial Statements, Segmental Reports for each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and provide trend analytical performance dashboards of the business units for the Management and Board planning and decision-making processes
- Review of Fixed Assets Register.
- Call up any financial-related postings into the Portal for further review and explanations
- Interphase with external auditors on review of prepared Financial Statements
