Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures.
Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an MBBS / MBChB / MD.
Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluency is a prerequisite for the interview.
Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details.
