Job Description

• Drafting and review of contracts, court processes and other legal documents.


• Company incorporations and post-incorporation filings.


• Conduct of comprehensive research on legal matters as may be assigned.


• Preparation of legal opinion on varying legal issues.


• Attendance at internal and external meetings.


• Preparation of minutes of meeting.


• Preparation of articles on trending legal issues.


• Following up at court and other regulatory agencies.


• Provision of proper and regular updates to Clients.


• Development of specialised skills in areas of interest whilst maintaining a wide range of interest


• Carrying out of any other assigned matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper in the University and Law School.


• 0 - 2 years work experience.


• Lower Grades will be reviewed if other areas of excellence are evident.


• Candidate must be strong, Passionate, Goal oreinted and willing to learn.
