Experience: 2-3 years work experience as an Executive Assistant

We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our client, the CEO of a luxury salon located in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
- Manage the CEO’S calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform minor accounting duties
- Submit daily report on tasks carried out to the CEO
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Google Suite proficiency
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and applications (e.g. e-calendars)
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Diplomatic and tactful.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Ability to take initiative, give instructions, and be accountable for results
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Must act with tact and maintain confidentiality
- Able to use discretionary judgment and make solid decisions
- Must demonstrate the confidence and ability to relate with stakeholders (clients, influencers, agencies etc.) in an assertive and professional way.
