Job Details
The job description of the successful candidate among other things include:
- Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients and/or provide information
- Receive walk-in customers and guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Direct or escort guests or visitors to specific areas or correct offices
- Create, adjust and/or cancel appointments when necessary
- Faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents
- Inform other members of staff about visitors or cancellations
- Enter Customer details into the Company’s Records or database.
- Maintaining the office and restocking office supplies
- Knowledgeable about the agricultural input products.
- Emphasize products’ feature to highlight how they solve customers’ problem
- Answer questions about the products in the company’s portfolio
- Maintain contact lists and follow-up with customers to continue relationship
- Maintain contact lists of casuals under him
- Any other responsibility assigned to him by the Line Manager or Management staff.
Qualification
OND or NCE in Agricultural related course or related discipline with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
