 INDUSTRY: FMCG

 LOCATION: Mainland, Lagos

 JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY



  • Take regular inventory of supplies

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Answer queries by employees and clients

  • Distribute goods to staff

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

  • Schedule in-house and external events

  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents


 QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS



  • BSC/HND in Account or related field

  • 3-5 years’ experience as Administrative Officer in same industry

  • Must a team player

  • Good Communication skills


AGE: 30-40 years




 SALARY: Very attractive plus Commission

Candidate must reside in or around Isolo, Mushin, Anthony, Ikorodu, and its environs
