INDUSTRY: FMCG
LOCATION: Mainland, Lagos
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY
- Take regular inventory of supplies
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Distribute goods to staff
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in Account or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience as Administrative Officer in same industry
- Must a team player
- Good Communication skills
AGE: 30-40 years
SALARY: Very attractive plus Commission
Candidate must reside in or around Isolo, Mushin, Anthony, Ikorodu, and its environs
