Job Description

• Managing Director in a company is crucial as this position involves the most senior level responsibilities of the organization.


• He/She is the head of the entire business. They are the decision-making body of the bank.


• He/She has the responsibility of running the entire bank and also taking all important decisions for the company on behalf of the Board of directors.


• Hence the managing director of the bank is experienced, confident and a skilled professional who has good leadership qualities.


• The purpose of the job is to be responsible for the bank wide business strategy, development unit, review of the Bank’s balance sheet on a continuing basis in order to ensure continuous growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's Degree in relevant fields.


• Criteria: 15-20 years (5 of which would have been in similar role).
