Coordinate promotion activities including agreed marketing activities and branding of agents locations to create product awareness and drive transaction numbers.
Identify bottlenecks in process flows and products for effectiveness.
Create and drive Go-To-Market strategies for new products or enhancements to the agent banking channel.
Drive effective initial and refresher training of agents and field officers.
Collaborate with local partners to increase service options on agents.
