Job Description



We are looking for young, smart, energetic, vibrant and social savvy marketers with a penchant for luxury apartment marketing. To develop a marketing database, track performance, plan, report & conduct market analyses.


Job Description



  • Identify opportunities for new channels to grow and maintain the highest possible booking occupancy. 

  • Social Media and Online Presence – Create, Manage the social media accounts for the property and ensure all properties are advertised and promoted to the highest standard.

  • Offline (traditional marketing) - leverage traditional channels to bring in new bookings.

  • Market and Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible booking occupancy.

  • Set and meet minimum monthly revenue and occupancy target.

  • Upload properties onto platforms required, upload new and update rates across all platforms.

  • Laundry & Welcome Packs - manage the laundry and welcome packs supplies, ensuring we have adequate stock levels at the correct standards.

  • Initiate surveys to assess customer satisfaction.

  • Customer support for guest pre/post stay queries.

  • Manage the house keeper and cleaners as needed.


Requirements 



  • Recent and relevant marketing experience (3+ years) ideally within the hotel / serviced apartment / hospitality sector.

  • Proven experience as a marketing officer or any other similar role.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels, for example - Setting up and managing LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram

  • Excellent communication and people skills. Additional languages are a bonus.

  • Creativity and commercial awareness.

  • Ideally very good knowledge of Lekki and Lagos in terms of locations, attractions, recommendations for foreign visitors.

  • Good level of written and verbal English. Additional languages are a bonus.

  • Marketing copywriting and content editing skills

  • Basic design skills and ability to create eye-catching social posts

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
