Job Description

• Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers.


• Provides proper monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks


• Setting up of computer LAN and providing solution to IT related matters


• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


• Repairing, replacing parts and checking computer equipments for electrical safety


• Setting up accounts for new users


• Testing new technology


• Possibly training junior staffs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in this role


• HND/BSc in any Computer science/ Engineering or related fields


• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN, installation, configuration and troubleshooting


• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, computer maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting


• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills


• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
