Job Purpose
- As part of their resolve to expand its market share in the Eastern wines and spirits markets, our client urgently require the services of an experienced Regional Sales Manager who is grounded in the sale of FMCG, wines and spirits.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategies that will ensure the company having effective footprint of its FMCG/wines and spiritsacross the open markets andmodern tradein the East.
- Manage the activities of all the Sales Reps in the East Region
- Facilitate the signing-onof new customers and manage the relationships of existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.
- Reactivate dormant relationships
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc / BA Degree.
- Additional qualification and related association memberships is an added advantage
- At least 7 years FMCG/Wines sales experience 2 of which must be at Regional Sales Manager level
Other Conditions:
- They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
- Grounded in supervisory and leadership skills is mandatory
- Extensive knowledge of the FMCG/wines and spiritsmarketin the East
- Ideal candidates should presently reside in the East or have worked extensively in the East.
- Applicant must understand the whole rudiments of sales process and developing a sales and marketing strategy.

- Ability to drive vehicle in compulsory (Including possession of a valid license)
