Job Description
Locations: Gwagwalada - Abuja, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island - Lagos, Calabar - Cross River, Owerri - Imo, Onitsha - Anambra, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Benin - Edo, and Port Harcourt - Rivers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Cancel or upgrade accounts
- Act as the company gatekeeper
- Handle product recalls
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- HND / BSc in any Discipline
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Smart, intelligent & matured
- Good Communication Skill
- Excellent Writing SKill.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
