Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Administrative support for the branch office
- Organising company records
- Overseeing the branch budget
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stocks
- Answer phone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails
- Schedule meetings and support visitors
- Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying bonding, scanning e.t.c
- Prepare regular reports
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Generate sales leads
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage time and adapt
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- BSC in business administration or any related course
- Preferably Female, and must not be above 30 years of age
