Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing new strategies of breaking new and existing markets to the credit financing business across Nigeria
- Developing and managing credit risk business across Nigeria by selling B2B to SMEs with less than 1% in monthly default in the health sector
- Growing credit disbursed sales by 50%+ Month-on-Month to SMEs within Nigeria using variety methods including agents, mass marketing etc.
- Promoting the credit business, products, or service across Nigeria
- Ensuring the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Managing the sales growth alongside credit risk management
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing credit finance products acceptability in the health/business in Nigeria
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce and implement effective strategies
- Monitor current strategies, and ensuring the successful operations and the completion necessary tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum MBA / Masters in Marketing or in any similar area
- A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in Credit and Financing business from either Commercial or Microfinance bank or LendTech in Nigeria
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Role is based in HeadOffice, Ibadan Nigeria but may require some travel within Nigeria
