We are seeking an experienced Head, Human Resources and Administration with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing human resources policies.
Identifying staffing needs and reviewing job descriptions.
Conducting recruiting exercises and negotiating employment agreements.
Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Overseeing onboarding activities
Developing staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage of all branches
Overseeing staff performance
Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
Motivating and supporting current staff.
Ensuring staff records are appropriately maintained.
Handling employee grievances and disputes
Supervising company personnel and managing staff wellness
Designing and directing training programs.
Supporting the companies’ strategic objectives.
Handling employee benefits and supporting employee developments
Requirements
Minimum of a Master’s Degree
Minimum of five years relevant experience
Must have a Professional HR qualification from a recognized body such as CIPM
Must be able to write excellently well
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Should be willing to work with the company long term.
Should be able to work on some weekends and public holidays
