Our Client is looking to employ the services of a Male Personal Assistant


Job description



  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. conducting research

  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

  • Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the CEO

  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of the information.

  • Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority

  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, and presentations.

  • Prepare materials, packets, and presentations for Executive Director’s meetings, senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings.


Requirement:



  • B.SC in any relevant field.

  • 2-3 years of experience as a male personal assistant would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of accounts, law, or property would be useful.

  • Age between 26 to 28

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
