Our Client is looking to employ the services of a Male Personal Assistant
Job description
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. conducting research
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the CEO
- Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of the information.
- Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, and presentations.
- Prepare materials, packets, and presentations for Executive Director’s meetings, senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings.
Requirement:
- B.SC in any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a male personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of accounts, law, or property would be useful.
- Age between 26 to 28
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
