Job Description



  • Coordinate and assign roles to floor staff to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

  • Timely service delivery and ease of purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Interact with customers in the sitting area or payment point to ensure all customers are comfortable and are being attended to.

  • Receive customer feedback, resolve and escalate complaint.

  • Ensure products received comply with quality standard of the company. If they do not, reject and alert the appropriate team.

  • Ensure products past their shelf life or expiry dates are not sold and disposed properly as well as documented.

  • Develop a routine to sell out products before its expiry dates to prevent waste.

  • Ensure quality of products or service is not compromised by any member of your team and indicate where found wanting.

  • Forecast sale pattern to inform order for products. Putting into consideration, peak periods, seasons, promos, customer preferences and other external factors.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory level.

  • Coordinate with units responsible for providing consumables to ensure these are available in a timely manner. Request at interval and not when you run out completely.

  • Consider production and transportation time when requesting for an additional order. Forecast accordingly and make arrangements early.

  • Update and maintain all records and tracking sheets including sales report, waste report, end of day report, stock tracking sheet, etc

  • Escalate and follow up with all issues, complaints and recommendations till implemented.

  • Proper documentation of stock and sales transaction must be done and recorded by the manager at the given time of occurrence.

  • End of day and sales report are to be sent daily. This information is only to be sent to the accountant and Head of Operations

  • Audit and reconciliation are the responsibility of the store manager and team lead only.

  • Authorization for cash collection can only be given by the accountant.

  • The manager and team lead are to manage, training and improve work ethics of staff to build and sustain a high performing team.

  • Responsible for the welfare of the staff members on their team.

  • Comply with safety, health and sanitation regulations.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 6 years work experience.


Salary

N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
