Job Description

• This role requires the ideal candidate to ensure that all bookings and client complaints are professionally taken and resolved, the ideal candidate is one who is creative, well spoken, smart and is experienced working in the creative space (with high profile clients, photographers, models, makeup artists)and also have an understanding of how the lifestyle and beauty industry works.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage high profile clients' bookings, schedule appointments etc


• Collaborate with the Creative director and other team members to execute content strategies.


• Develop workflow structure and studio operations, manager vendors, come up with ideas that streamlines the operations process


• Manage daily schedules and appointments, following up to ensure that time is properly managed.


• Conduct weekly staff meetings, supervise staff, handle/ resolve clients' complaints and receive feedback


• Ensure that the studio and work stations are properly maintained


• Prepare reports, manage correspondences, receive payments from clients and track transactions


• Update clients’ information on database, keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)


• Manage inventory, constantly monitor stock level and replenish stock as needed


• Oversee staff trainings, resolve staff issues, and arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree from an accredited institution


• A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Creative Business Operations Manager or similar role


• Good command of English, well spoken with ability to express yourself


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Time management and excellent organisational skills,


• tech savvy, social media proficiency and knowledge of content creation tools (e.g Canva, Lightroom etc)


• Great interpersonal and people management skills


• Smart, proactive listener and a self starter.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
