Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception
Direct visitors to the appropriate office/staff
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to responsible team
Check, sort, and forward letters and emails to the appropriate Team/staff
Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
Provide accurate information to all enquiries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges and receive visitors’ notes)
Update official calendars and schedule meetings
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
