Experience: 5-7 years

Purpose statement: We are looking for a qualified Account manager to join our Organization who is into Experiential Marketing Space. You will supervise account representatives to ensure customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.

Responsibilities



  • Budgetary successful delivery (achievement of revenue and set target for self and the team.

  • Ensure successful delivery of all client briefs within time and budget

  • Ensure appropriate sign off of all required project documents .i.e. Purchase orders/copy.

  • Ensure understanding of the effect of a job on the clients’ bottom line.

  • To supervise creative outputs, schedule, cost estimates and financial control of production processes so as to improve cost of effectiveness and profitability.

  • Have a clear understanding of the client’s operational requirements and deliver briefs to agreed plans.

  • Through close relationships with your client’s operational requirements and deliver briefs to agreed plans.

  • Control information gathered about the client through accurate contact reporting, clear project documentation on costs, copy and artwork instructions.

  • Providing clients with full access to the range of services that are available within the company.

  • Ensure clients and agency is kept up to date with any developments on with existing and potential clients.

  • To set targets and make sure that Accountant Executives meet and exceed targets.


Required Qualifications



  • 5-7 years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management

  • Proven work experience as a Senior account manager

  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business

  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations

  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables

  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude

  • Team management skills

  • Strong analytical and organization skills

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
