 Location: Isolo, Lagos.

Key Responsibility;

The Candidate will be responsible for the end to end process of the employee life cycle. They will also be responsible for the Human Resource value chain in the organization including but not limited to Performance Management, Training, Learning and Development, Induction and Onboarding, Employee engagement and also other employee retention activities. The Human Resource Executive will also support the Head, People and Culture to drive the strategy and initiative to ensure an improved employee experience.

Qualifications;

• A Graduate degree in any field


• Must have about two years experience (not more than 5 years) as an HR professional in a manufacturing, services, or consulting environment.


• A good knowledge of core HR principles.


• Good proficiency in the use of MS office productivity tools (word, power point, excel)


• Good oral & written communication skills.
