Job Description



Job Summary



  • Responsible for monitoring all inventory transactions on Google sheets.

  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the inventory on Friday

  • Send daily report of inventory and weekly report of physical stock


Key Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock

  • Organise and coordinate weekly physical inventory counts  and highlight variances to the Team supervisor

  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics Partners to reconcile inventory records.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Team Supervisor, Management Accounting

  • Make sure the delivery agents are remitting the right amount of money

  • Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems

  • Coordinate inventory functions using excel sheets

  • Track materials or products that come into and go out of the inventory via inventory records

  • Keep track of the goods and supplies in the main warehouse and with several delivery agents


Qualifications:



  • Must have B.SC/HND undergraduate degree in Accounting

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field

  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Close proximity to job location

  • Strong excel skills


Skills and Competencies



  • Good understanding of inventory control systems with a working knowledge of Google sheet

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Good data gathering, analysis and problem solving skills

  • High ethical standards and integrity.

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.

Monday – Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
