Job Description
We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor to deliver an holistic customer experience whilst managing a team of Telesales staff.
- The Supervisor has the overall responsibility to plan, organize and control all of the day-to-day activities of the sales and logistics team
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in;
- Provide on-the-ground support for Telesales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Make sure the internal sales processes are strictly adhered to
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines is a must
- Ensure supervision of the telesales team and the delivery agents to make sure 100% delivery of orders/ items daily.
- 100% deposit of cash after every order delivered
- 100% reconciliation after every delivery run
- Responsible for 100% Revenue target allocated to the entire Telesales team
Minimum qualification HND, BSc.
- Must be computer literate
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales with at least 2 year experience managing a team
- Working hours 9am-8pm everyday
- Experience in an FMCG or Retail background is preferred;
- No shift work
- 1 week day off a week
- Organization, punctuality and good interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Proven ability to handle challenging workload.
- Will be required to work weekend (Saturday)
Report
- Experience preparing key operational reports
- Send daily accounting of sales and report to management team
etc.
