Job Duties
- Synthesize brand strategy and accomplish them through design
- Consistently understand the influence of design on consumer’s behaviour as it pertains to brand target market and execute the right logic or feeling that is capable of influencing a purchase decision.
- Drives artistic and graphics alignment across all products and evaluate the value of creative requests against larger business strategy and needs
- Drives brand storytelling from conception to execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team, graphics team and creative team to deliver on key milestones
- Generate clear ideas and concepts by delivering the artistic and graphics elements that accompanies the words and verbal contents.
- Drive the creative process for Artist to ensure deliverables meet all brand standards.
- Strategize and execute innovative and compelling creative concepts and experiences that support brand marketing efforts and elevate the brand experience
- Other functions as assigned by your line manager.
- Accomplishing work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching team members
- Use of Innovations to redefine a designed brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Oversee specific elements such as design concepts, original or stock artwork, layouts and the stylistic components of materials
- Oversee the conceptualization of designs and execution of brand management and marketing projects.
- Engage Internal and external customers through well designed and execution of brand management and marketing projects
- Produce designs that facilitate an effective advertising campaign
- As a member of the creative focus team, participate in developing focused branding, positioning and marketing tools for each product, services and markets
- Evaluate team performance and drive implementation of continuous improvement ideas
- Other functions as assigned by your line.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Engineering, Graphics, Fine and Applied Arts or a related field.
- 2-3years of advertising agency or design studio experience
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, animation, image manipulation, image selection and design
- Strong conceptual thinking abilities and solid art direction skills
- Strong understanding of the dynamics of the advertisement industry by keeping a close eye on global creative activity and emerging design trends
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to Illustrate and be proficient with Corel draw, Adobe Creative Suite applications,3D software programs, and understand marketing and consumer tastes.
- Experience in supervising a team, able to develop and provide clear direction to junior team members and external parties.
- Understanding of brand is a must, able to follow the brand guideline and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials.
- Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks.
Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
