Responsibilities
- Headhunt for talents, targeting passive candidates via varieties of direct sourcing methods; Linkedln, Job boards and so on.
- Responsible for arranging interviews as well as implementing screening assessments
- Drafting of job descriptions and offer letters when necessary
- Liaising & advising clients about recruitment work processing
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
- Experience: 2 years.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
