Responsibilities



  • Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship manager

  • Effective follow-up on clients to ensure good customer experience, post implementation.

  • Seamless migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platform.

  • Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.

  • Effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed

  • 100% growth in transaction value and volume

  • Timely preparation and submission of report in respect of clients’ utilization of Electronic Banking channels & implementation status of same.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1-3 years work experience

  • Proven work experience as a client access manager, or any similar role.

  • Knowledge of electronic banking channels


Skills and Competencies:



  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word/ PowerPoint/Access specifically)

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail.
