Job Summary



  • We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to fill the position of a Partnership Manager.

  • As the Partnership Manager, you will seek out leads and continually develop existing partnerships (within and outside Nigeria) that will accelerate the Foundation’s growth and provide relevant support for program execution.

  • Through passion, drive, tenacity, innovation and focus, you will create long lasting relationships with corporations, media groups, foundations and non- governmental organizations that will further propagate the fulfilment of our mission, spread word to the general public about the work we do and enable us to maximize our impact.


Required Experience



  • 2 - 3 years of core experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales and account management. Previous experience working with a nonprofit organization is a plus.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:



  • A Degree(s) in a relevant field

  • Demonstrated ability to be a well-organized self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

  • Successful track record of sourcing, executing, and nurturing strategic partnerships

  • Ability and confidence to have meetings with C-suite executives with little or minimal support

  • Strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills

  • Demonstrated ability to independently and logically frame a problem, provide the analysis required to answer the question, and drive the implementation

  • Track record of making and executing decisions

  • Ability to plan, multi-task, set work priorities, track partnerships with detail and meet deadlines whilst maintaining confidentiality

  • Fluency in computer applications, including Microsoft office and Google suite. Tech/Social media savvy is an added advantage

  • High regard for quality and accuracy, attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills

  • High level of interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral medium

  • Excellent public speaking, presentation and listening skills.


Remuneration

N180,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
