- Ability to lead a range of management consulting/financial advisory engagements including research, preparation of advanced financial models, feasibility studies, business plans, financial due diligence reports, capacity-building, etc.
- Support business development and client acquisition efforts by preparing or reviewing proposals to clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Analysts and Associates – supervise engagements, monitor performances, provide opportunities for learning & development, etc.
- Participate in discussions, team meetings and brainstorming sessions within the Firm and with clients.
- Effectively engage clients on engagements and provide new insights and perspectives.
- Act as a lead facilitator on internal and clients’ capacity-building programs.
Academic / Professional Requirements
- First Degree in any discipline (minimum 2nd Class Upper)
- 4 - 5 Years of relevant work experience
- Professional certification in accounting or finance - ACCA, ACA, CFA or CIMA
- A master’s degree in finance (M.Sc.) or business administration (MBA) would be an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Effective communication - business writing and excellent presentation skills.
- Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), financial modelling, business valuation, financial due diligence, market/research and financial analysis.
