Job Description

• Ability to lead a range of management consulting/financial advisory engagements including research, preparation of advanced financial models, feasibility studies, business plans, financial due diligence reports, capacity-building, etc.


• Support business development and client acquisition efforts by preparing or reviewing proposals to clients.


• Provide leadership and guidance to Analysts and Associates – supervise engagements, monitor performances, provide opportunities for learning & development, etc.


• Participate in discussions, team meetings and brainstorming sessions within the Firm and with clients.


• Effectively engage clients on engagements and provide new insights and perspectives.


• Act as a lead facilitator on internal and clients’ capacity-building programs.

Academic / Professional Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline (minimum 2nd Class Upper)


• 4 - 5 Years of relevant work experience


• Professional certification in accounting or finance - ACCA, ACA, CFA or CIMA


• A master’s degree in finance (M.Sc.) or business administration (MBA) would be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Effective communication - business writing and excellent presentation skills.


• Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.


• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), financial modelling, business valuation, financial due diligence, market/research and financial analysis.
