Job Description
About Your Role:
- Launch, manage and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed Octamile's objectives and key metrics.
- Model, track and analyse partnerships' key performance indicators to report the metrics ROI.
- Support other sales agents for business development and partnership relationships.
- Monitor business relationships using set performance evaluation metrics and reports for performance of the partnership.
- Participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback of the product and brainstorm product solutions.
- Leverage your people skills to represent Octamile as a thought-leader at events and conferences, and build relationships with prospects, partners and industry stakeholders.
About You:
- 4+ years of work experience in sales /business development
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry
- Experience in driving insurance sales & partnerships with Auto industry service providers is a plus.
- Must be a great communicator, that inspires action and loyalty.
- A good understanding and interest in Insurance and sales.
- Must have demonstrated success in previous business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
- Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
- Track record of delivering mutually successful business outcomes
- Ability to own OKRs, and enjoy pioneering new approaches while also being result-driven.
