What you will be doing



  • Support day to day activities for the local team and clients

  • Lead regional onboarding process and implementation for RedCloud clients.

  • Manage activities with local 3rd party vendors

  • Monitor and manage platform readiness.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues escalated by Field Officers, Customer Success, Sales

  • Operations process maintenance and enhancement


The operations manager monitors and maintains platform readiness, manage day to day activities with 3rd party vendors. Reports directly to Director of Operations. To succeed as an Operations Manager, you should demonstrate problem solving, scheduling and analytical skills and ability to communicate across multiple levels of the business internally and externally.


What you should have:



  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 5 years Operations experience with Business and Technical support 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong technical skills with ability to configure RedCloud systems for clients

  • Experience working with client files, import and export processes

  • Strong experience of analysing problems and resolving them.

  • Experience of improving internal processes and procedures using the latest tools and techniques

  • Passionate about data collection processes and methodologies with attention to details.

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, finance, legal, IT, etc.)

  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and desire to succeed.

  • Experience with presenting, engaging, and communicating with all business levels.

  • A passion for SaaS technology and a solid strategic understanding of implementations in Marketplace.


Beneficial:



  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft products e.g. Excel, Word.

  • Technical acumen (SQL, general API knowledge)

  • Familiar with Agile methodology and SDLC

  • B2B experience preferred.
