- Proactively identify the needs of potential customers and offer appropriate financial services and products.
- Research, identify and convert target Business Banking relationships
- Research and Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affect marketing strategies.
- Create quality risk assets.
- Deliver quality customer service in response to customer enquiries
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients leading to growth in profitability and loan quality of managed accounts portfolio
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly performance review report.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead or Head, Business Banking.
Qualifications
- A good 1st Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years operational experience in a commercial bank with particular focus on growing and managing a significant SME/Business Banking loan and deposit portfolio.
