Super 88.1FM Benin is a family radio station with headquarter in Ijebu, Ogun State Nigeria, dedicated to transmitting commercially viable, relevant and strategic programs/shows that inform, inspire, influence and impact the people of its environs and beyond; by creating a consistent network and providing real answers to life's present questions and challenges.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive that will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and other marketing strategies to continually increase the Station’s revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and managing the marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.


• Drive the vision of the company’s Brand/Marketing.


• Working in close conjunction and partnership with relevant Media Agencies to close business opportunities.


• Identifying marketing delivery gaps and opportunities; develop and execute plans to close the gaps and capitalize on the opportunities. 


• Leverage on the Station’s visibility to increase the Station’s sales volume


• Develop product ideas for various market segments


• Carry out digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing or campaign


• Draft and submit marketing proposal to corporate organizations


• Act as business consultant to our clients


• Take advantage of untapped market and non-broadcasting business areas or portfolio for the Station


• Do barter sales for the Station when necessary


• Worked with the Head of Marketing and the team members to carryout group marketing


• Carry out any other related task(s) that may be assign by management

Job Specification

• HND or first degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Institution.


• Min. of 3 years of relevant experience


• Work experience in a Media Agency or media house, and a good relationship with major Media Agencies in Lagos would be an added advantage.


• Must be competent in writing proposals and in carrying out corporate marketing


• A member of APCON an added advantage


• Must be a pleasant personality, a good team player, excellent communication skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.
