Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience.


• Must be well versed in continental and or intercontinental meals


• Must be well versed in making light meals and breakfast meals


• Must be proficient in making Pizza Varients


• Must be capable of preparing small chops, pastries and cakes


• Must be capable of working under pressure


• Must have a passion for cooking


• Must be a good team player


• Must be neat and tidy


• Must be able to follow laid down recipes


• Must be a fast learner


• Must be capable of following and improving processes


• Must be proficient at record keeping


• Must be capable of organising and motivating other kitchen staff


• Must be conversant with food safety procedures.
