Job Summary



  • We are looking for a Program / Relationship Officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.

  • Develop best practices to improve overall program performance

  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for programs.

  • Identify and contact new program partners for business expansion.

  • Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.

  • Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management.

  • Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes.

  • We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

  • To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and partners, and build rapport with customers.

  • We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skill.

  • This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and workplans to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.

  • Oversee the coordination and administration of assigned program activities.

  • Ability to gather, synthesize, analyze, and present qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Ability to work independently based on agreed work plan and schedules

  • Careful attention to details and schedules

  • Proffers new innovations and ideas for the implementation of all existing programs and introduction of new innovative programs/projects.

  • Ensure that all implemented activities are in line and relevant to the mission and vision of the organization.

  • Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes

  • Prepare programs reports for management, partners, and funders.

  • Design programmes with high impact that will attract grants from development partners/multilateral organisations and from local partners as well.

  • Write training and programmes concept notes and make presentations at different fora.

  • Plan trainings, courses and workshop programmes from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.

  • Demonstrate and apply Strong Marketing skills leading to membership recruitment and programmes and training participation to surpass targets.


Requirements and Skills



  • HND / B.Sc / BA in relevant field

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the advertised field

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Ability to operate a computer, Microsoft packages, and social media.


Salary

N50,000 Monthly.
