About the Job



  • We require the services of an Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of its human resource practices and processes.

  • The ideal candidate will manage activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training & development.


Responsibilities



  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

  • Nurture a positive and progressive working environment.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Assess with training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management.


Requirements and Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an HR Manager or HR Administrative Officer.

  • CIPM or any relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  • Effective HR Administration and People Management skills.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

  • Great organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of labour legislation.

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
