- He attends to the plants within the greenhouse.
- He ensures all the plants are properly staked, pruned, and cared for.
- He may be instructed by the farm manager to attend to other greenhouses during emergency
- He is responsible for the cleanliness of his greenhouses and the farmland at large.
- Driver's license is an added advantage
- He is also responsible for taking delivery of items purchased by driving to locations as instructed by top management.
- Good communication Skills and team player.
