Responsibilities
The Intern would support in the following task:
- Interact with customers physically and online.
- Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
- Ability to manage calls and social media accounts
- Follow up on customer to make payment at due dates.
- Ensure customers details are properly outlined to avoid confusion
- Support in resolving customer complaints.
- Records the daily activities.
- Follow instructions
- Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences / Business Administration or any related field
- Corp Member/About to go for NYSC
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
