Responsibilities

The Intern would support in the following task:



  • Interact with customers physically and online.

  • Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.

  • Ability to manage calls and social media accounts

  • Follow up on customer to make payment at due dates.

  • Ensure customers details are properly outlined to avoid confusion

  • Support in resolving customer complaints.

  • Records the daily activities.

  • Follow instructions

  • Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences / Business Administration or any related field

  • Corp Member/About to go for NYSC

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
