Responsibilities:

• Trouble shoot implementation related issues


• Ensure timely support is provided


• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time


• MIS reports analysis


• Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis

Requirements

• HND/ Graduate in Accounts or IT (Computers).


• 4yrs+ experience using ERP Software, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.


• Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry


• Communication & Organisational skills


• Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users


• Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly
