Job description
- Assist the Director General with daily administrative duties such as: managing an active calendar of appointments; drafting correspondence; conducting research; arranging detailed travel plans, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and documents for meetings etc
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the DG/CEO, with Governing Council members, staff and others, on matters related to the DG/CEO’s initiatives.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to function effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
