Summary

We are currently hiring a Product Designer to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

Some of the Responsibilities Include

• Perform user research and turn ideas into valuable product designs for our product portfolio; Design simple and clean user flows;


• Contribute to and lead the design process as required (utilizing mockups, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs as required);


• Demonstrate an ability to apply user interaction and experience principles


• Demonstrate a strong penchant for utilizing user research and metrics to guide design decisions


• Drive and lead the design process as required and create required artifacts (utilizing mockups, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs)


• Demonstrate a passion for products and continuous improvements and evolution


• Guide and mentor junior/mid-level product designers


• Communicate with engineering teams (Front-end) and product managers to ensure the most seamless

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years end-to-end product design experience


• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing


• A well-rounded portfolio of work, demonstrating a strong understanding of design objectives


• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Knowledge and understanding of agile software development


• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma and industry standard design and prototyping tools


• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular and JavaScript user experience possible.
