JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Planning delivery timetables

  • Ensuring stores have enough stock

  • Overseeing orders VS Received and Fill rate

  • Preparation of purchase orders - Vendor wise

  • Budget Preparations

  • Record keeping analysis

  • Management of supplies

  • Following SOP Procedures

  • Inventory Management

  • Coordinating with Central Office SCM Team


KEY REQUIREMENTS



  • Good team player

  • Negotiation skills

  • Must be able to work unsupervised

  • In depth knowledge of I.T gadgets and device

  • Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management

  • Good communication skill

  • Excellent use of Microsoft excel,spreadsheets,databases and other IT related programs

  • Previous work experience in the hospitality line of business is key
