Job Opening

Our client, a top tier Restaurant and Bar is looking to fill the role of:

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar


• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar


• Control operational costs and identify measures for synergies between subsidiaries.


• Perform in an organised manner all activities related to the maintenance of the Barbershop, the beach house, the resto-bar and the maintenance of boats.


• Manage and suggest all external vendors.


• Act as a backup to the Floor Manager.


• Create a detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses


• Coordinate the activities of the Procurement Officer, Facility Manager, and general staff

Requirements:

• B.sc/HND in a related field


• Minimum of 4years of operations management experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge


• Prior experience managing and onboarding vendors


• Proficiency in Excel

Salary: 300,000 – 350,000 monthly
