JD OF BOILER OPERATOR: -

• Should have experience in operation and maintenance of Thermic Fluid Heater.


• Should know about the application of Thermic fluid heater.


• Should know the fuel used in Thermic fluid heater.


• Should know the dual firing system in Thermic fluid heater.


• Should know about the Gas firing system. 


• Should know about the HSD firing system. 


• Can handle independently about the changeover of dual fuel from panel.


• Should attend Oil leakages.


• Should know about venting in Thermic fluid system.


• Should handle oil leakages on immediate basis.


• Should know about safeties in Boiler/Heater.


• Should maintain fluid parameters in a log book after every 1-hour interval of time period.


• Should know about PM of operations schedule of Boiler/Heater.


• Should know about purpose of Therminol Expansion tank.


• Should know about vibrations in pump.


• Should know general information of equipment’s like Model, Capacity etc.


• Should work independtly to rectify the problems.


• Should work in Shifts.


• Should maintain spares parts of Boiler
