Job Description

• Daily reconciliation of all payment transactions.


• Ordering, distribution and inventory keeping of all clinical supplies.


• Dispensing funds for office expenses.


• Assisting manager with pet shop inventory management.


• Tracking and reporting all cash inflow and outflow.


• Providing relevant financial reports to department heads.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting or Economics.


• 2 plus years experience in similar role.


• Adequate knowledge of Tax Computation and PAYE remittance.


• Excellent Account software knowledge (SAGE, ERP, EXCEL).


• Good reporting and communication skill.


• Inventory management knowledge is an added advantage.


• Team player.


• Must be comfortable with animals.
