• Supervise production process and finishing lines in order to achieve target of Safety, productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness  and / or SQDMC pillars (Mengawasi proses produksi dan finishing lines rangka mencapai target produktivitas, kualitas, 5S & efektivitas biaya)


• Supervise Process improvement project : Productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness (Mengawasi proyek perbaikan/peningkatan proses: Produktivitas, kualitas, 5S & efektivitas biaya)


• Make coordination with cross function department to collaborate and / or solve line problem together (Mengkoordinasi bentuk dukungan dari luar departemen untuk bekerja sama dalam mengatasi masalah di line bersama-sama )


• Control & supervise the daily / weekly / monthly Implementation of GMP, 5S & SHE on production floor (Mengontrol & mengawasi pelaksanaan harian / mingguan / bulanan / harian GMP, 5S & SHE pada/dalam production floor )


• Assist Production Manager to develop skill and competencies of people for short term and long term (Membantu Production Manager untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kompetensi dari orang-orang untuk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang)


•  Control & supervise leaders, operators, etc during production process in order to achieve production target in HSE way and / or SQDMC pillars (Mengontrol & mengawasi pemimpin kelompok, operator, dll selama proses produksi untuk mencapai target produksi dengan cara HSE atau SQDMC pillar)


• Cascade and communicate all the targets to group leaders and operators in order to enhance employee’s awareness & enhance the sense of belonging (Berkomunikasi dengan semua target kepada pemimpin kelompok dan operator untuk meningkatkan kesadaran karyawan & meningkatkan rasa memiliki/kepemilikkan)


• Analyze planned or unplanned downtime caused by production Issue and report the action plan to Production Manager (Menganalisis downtime yang direncanakan atau tidak direncanakan yang disebabkan oleh masalah produksi dan melaporkan action plan untuk/kepada Production Manager)


• Ensure machine running as expectation with optimum speed (Memastikan mesin berjalan/bekerja sesuai harapan dengan speed optimum)


• Implement basic operating system ( process confirmation, start stop discipline, shift handover meerting, daily meeting and weekly  meeting) , MUV review and planning review (melaksanakan basic operating system. Melakukan muv dan planning review )


• Ensure Implementing 5S and GMP22716/ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 / halal Guarantee system and ensure standardized work. (Memastikan pelaksanaan 5S dan GMP22716/ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001/sistem jaminan halal dan memastikan kerja yang terstandardisasi)
