Our client in the Real Estate Business located in Ogudu seeks to hire a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects.  Ideal candidates will be passionate about marketing and will have an abundance of idea for building efficient strategies.  Our client’s goal is that the ideal candidate will reach out to the market and cultivate customers interest to strengthen its reputation and facilitate its continuous growth in property industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Relationship with vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities


• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies


• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness and competition ventures


• Prepare Budget and monitor expenses.

Requirements

• BSc/BA/HND in marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline


• 5-8 years work experience, 2-3years compulsorily in Real Estate


• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices


• Excellent communication and people’s skills


• Strong organisational and time management skills
